Juliane Amlacher is a service designer, systemic business coach and organizational consultant in Berlin. She is guiding profit and non-profit organizations of different branches through current challenges like new work, digitalization and agile leadership. She is combining relevant systemic approaches with the mindset of service design, helping organizations to take all levels of organizational change into account. Juliane is also trainer at GreenCampus/Heinrich-Böll-Foundation and lecturer for agile methods at the SRH Hochschule der populären Künste (hdpk).

Before starting her own business 5 years ago, Juliane Amlacher was CEO of a scientific association for mental health and prior to that she worked as a scientific employee in the German Bundestag. Her topics are: systemic organizational development, evolutionary change management, new work/innovation and strategy processes, leadership.
