Claire Luzia Leifert is an expert for Public Innovation and Good Governance and Transformation in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 2015, she has been a program officer at the Robert Bosch Center for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). There, she works for the Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg for Good Governance. Since November 2018, she is also head of DGAP’s Method Cluster, which supports the development of new formats and offers further training for DGAP employees.

Before joining DGAP, she worked for two years at the Heinrich Böll Foundation as a project manager in the fields of social policy and education and science policy. Since 2006, she has been working as a freelance project manager and trainer at home and abroad, focusing on democracy and active civil society, Europe and public innovation.

Claire Luzia Leifert ist Expertin für Public Innovation und Good Governance und Transformation in Mittel- und Osteuropa. Seit 2015 ist sie Programmmitarbeiterin im Robert Bosch-Zentrum für Mittel- und Osteuropa, Russland und Zentralasien in der DGAP, wo sie für das Carl Friedrich Goerdeler-Kolleg für Good Governance arbeitet. Seit November 2018 ist sie zudem Leiterin des DGAP-Methodenclusters, das die DGAP bei der Entwicklung neuer Formate unterstützt und Weiterbildungen für die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der DGAP anbietet.

Vor ihrer Tätigkeit für die DGAP war Claire zwei Jahre bei der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung als Projektbearbeiterin in den Bereichen Sozialpolitik sowie Bildungs- & Wissenschaftspolitik tätig. Seit 2006 ist sie als freiberufliche Projektleiterin und Trainerin mit den Schwerpunkten Demokratie und aktive Zivilgesellschaft, Europa und Public Innovation im In- und Ausland unterwegs.
